The Fine Print:Â
During the warranty period, defective product(s) (at the sole discretion of Enova Illumination), will be repaired or replaced either by Enova Illumination. The customer will receive a repaired unit, or it will be replaced with a comparable replacement. For replaced or repaired products, there is no extended or renewed warranty period. Parts or products that are exchanged, become property of Enova Illumination. It shall be the customer’s responsibility to return the product using the issues RMA number and must be packaged in sufficient materials to prevent additional, accidental breakage. Additionally, the item must be sufficiently cleaned and disinfected, prior to shipping the product to Enova Illumination. Enova Illumination reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse to repair or replace the Product if the Product is deemed to be unsanitary. If the item is not properly cleaned or disinfected, it will be up to the purchaser to organize for the product to be returned to themselves for appropriate cleaning and sanitation, and the purchaser shall be responsible for all shipping charges.
